Teleclass Announcement and New Book Promotion

As promised last week, I have created a teleclass to help you reduce your stress. It’s titled Ten Tips to Reduce Your Stress in These Turbulent Times, however you can use these tips any time. They are time-tested and proven ways to reduce and eliminate stress.

This will be a four week teleclass and classes will be recorded in case you can’t attend. I am giving this class to everyone to do my part to help make people’s lives easier.
